Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Compliance and Risk Solicitor to join a national professional services firm in Birmingham. Hybrid role with travel to Midlands offices and occasional head office visits.

Salary 50,000–55,000 with benefits; progression dependent on experience. You will provide compliance and risk guidance, review policies and contracts, and support GDPR/AML/regulatory projects while helping introduce automation.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proactive approach, commercial awareness and full driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of legal, risk and compliance matters.
• Experience in a professional services or regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal, risk and compliance advice across the business.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a Compliance and Risk Solicitor to join a national professional services firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to provide compliance advice, support business projects and improve risk management processes within a supportive and forward-thinking team. The role offers flexibility to work from various Midlands offices, including Birmingham, Worcester and Banbury, with regular travel to the Ashby-de-la-Zouch head office as and when required.
