This is a new and varied role supporting how Bell Ingram manages quality, health and safety, environmental performance and wider business compliance. We welcome candidates from compliance, quality, health and safety, environmental, HR or other relevant backgrounds
You’ll work with colleagues across our teams and offices, coordinating established programmes of work, maintaining accurate records and following actions through to completion. You’ll also carry out defined checks to help us understand where our processes are working well and where improvements are needed.
We are one of the UK’s largest independent firms of property specialists working with many national and international companies managing rural and commercial property portfolios. We ensure all our clients receive the very best advice and levels of service to maximise their assets.
This is a full time, permanent position but applications from candidates seeking part-time hours of at least three days per week will also be considered.

Our people tell us that our friendly, welcoming culture is what sets us apart. You’ll join a supportive team where you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, given the autonomy to contribute your ideas and encouraged to collaborate with others.
With varied work and opportunities to develop, you’ll be part of a business where your contribution is recognised and makes a difference.
We value practical experience and a willingness to learn. You do not need to meet every desirable requirement to apply.
You’ll work closely with our Governance, Risk & Assurance Manager and build relationships with teams across Bell Ingram. We’ll help you learn our business and develop your compliance knowledge, with company-funded training, including relevant ISO courses.
As your understanding of our processes grows, there will be an opportunity to undertake internal auditor training and become involved in conducting audits, taking on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
