Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust seeks a Paralegal: Governance Officer (Full Time, Fixed Term up to 12 months) to support the University Secretary’s Office with governance, policy development and regulatory activity in a higher education environment.

You will contribute to board administration, policy reviews and internal audit coordination, while developing expertise in governance, charity and company governance.

• Ability to analyse information, manage competing priorities and work with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Assist with administration of Board, committee and working group meetings including agenda, minute-taking and action tracking.
• Conduct legal, regulatory and policy research and prepare notes and reports.
• Support governance, compliance, risk and assurance activities across the University.
• Assist with development, review and maintenance of university policies and governance documents.
• Support internal audit coordination and follow-up actions.
