Searchandselect is supporting a client in recruiting a Corporate Governance & Operations Manager for the Isle of Man. The role combines directorship, board governance and company administration with practical bookkeeping and financial tasks in a lean startup environment.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on professional based in Douglas, with the option to work from home and frequent interaction with directors and advisers.

Competenze

• Experience as a director or board member.
• Strong governance and regulatory understanding.
• Experience working with boards and senior management.
• Hands-on bookkeeping and financial administration.
• Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Ability to work across governance, admin and operations in a startup.

Mansioni

• Serve as director of the Isle of Man virtual asset business, subject to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings and prepare agendas, packs and minutes.
• Maintain statutory books, registers and governance calendars.
• Manage annual returns and corporate filings.
• Support bookkeeping and financial administration across the group.
• Engage with accountants, lawyers and advisers as needed.
