Job summary

Searchandselect is seeking a Chief Operating & Transformation Officer for a publicly listed financial services group with a licensed bank at its core. This is a board-level role shaping digital and operational transformation across technology platforms and processes.

You will standardise and digitalise systems, drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and establish a compliant technology/outsourcing model within regulatory boundaries. Isle of Man relocation preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in technology transformation within banking or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of leading complex, third-party-delivered programmes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technology, data governance, enterprise architecture and operational resilience.
• The confidence and credibility to engage at Board level, providing clear, candid reporting on programme progress, risks and delivery.

Responsibilities
