Searchandselect is seeking a Chief Operating & Transformation Officer for a publicly listed financial services group with a licensed bank at its core. This is a board-level role shaping digital and operational transformation across technology platforms and processes.
You will standardise and digitalise systems, drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and establish a compliant technology/outsourcing model within regulatory boundaries. Isle of Man relocation preferred.

We're searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Operating & Transformation Officer to help shape the next phase of our clients digital and operational transformation for a publicly listed financial services group with a fully licensed bank at its core. This is a board-reportable - not a glorified IT director position.
You will standardise and digitalise systems and processes, drive operational efficiency and customer experience, foster innovation and establish an appropriate technology and outsourcing model within the bank's regulatory boundaries.
What will you bring?
- Senior leadership experience in technology transformation within banking or regulated financial services.
- A proven track record of leading complex, third-party-delivered programmes.
