Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to lead Governance and Risk at a global level, interim with potential to become permanent. You will work with Boards and senior leaders to shape governance, risk and compliance across an international portfolio of investments and ventures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary with board-level governance experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic governance change.
• Experience leading or building a Risk function or team in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and statutory obligations across international structures.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Company Secretary to take on a high-profile Governance and Risk leadership role within a globally recognised organisation. This is an interim opportunity with the potential to go permanent.

You will lead governance across a complex international portfolio of strategic investments, subsidiaries and joint ventures, while also managing the Risk team and driving the development and implementation of robust risk frameworks across the division.

Working directly with Boards, Executive Leadership and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic advice and ensure strong governance, risk and compliance practices support effective decision-making and long-term business growth.

What you will do:

• Lead and enhance governance frameworks across an international investment portfolio
• Manage and provide leadership to the Risk team
• Design, implement and continuously enhance enterprise risk frameworks, processes and controls

• Experience with Diligent Entities or similar governance systems is desirable
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
