Kingswood Foundation is seeking a highly organised Clerk to Governors (Governance Lead) to support the Governing Body and its committees with independent, confidential advice and administrative support. You will work closely with the Chair of Governors, the Principal and senior leaders to uphold robust governance practices and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in governance roles or clerking in education or charity sectors.
• Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Attend meetings and produce high-quality minutes.
• Maintain governance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support governor recruitment, induction and development.
