Axiom Hospitality Limited in Bath is seeking a friendly F&B Host/Hostess to welcome guests and help create a memorable dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer care, wine and beverage knowledge, and team collaboration.

The role offers flexible hours with zero-hour contracts, free meals on shift, and extensive staff benefits across the group. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations.
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Coordinate with F&B team about available seating options.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly).
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries.
• Assist F&B team as needed.

We are currently looking for a Restaurnat Host to join our Truly Talented team.

As Hostyou will play a key role in our restaurant and build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a real passion for customer care, food and drink and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

Your role

As an F&B Host/ Hostess, you will be the face of our business, greeting and welcoming our guests. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create an engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests’ expectations.
