Job summary

Great Oldbury Primary Academy – Little Learners is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team, supporting children aged 2–4 in a vibrant learning environment. The role is 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with INSET days included, and a competitive starting salary.

We value creative play, outdoor learning in all seasons, and collaboration with a committed Trust. Successful applicants will have an EY qualification and a year of early years experience.

Our dedicated nursery manager oversees this exciting learning experience and works closely with the school Reception staff to ensure our pre-school children are fully prepared and supported in their transition into Reception.The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons and must ensure that the highest priority is given following the guidance and regulations to safeguard children and young people. Salary: Qualified Level 3 – Grade 5 (Starting Salary £24,949.27)

Salary: Qualified Level 2 – Grade 4 (Starting Salary £23,407.05)

Salary: Unqualified - Grade 3 (Starting Salary £22,327.41)
