A fast-growing food manufacturer based in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a proactive Goods In Technician. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, conducting audits, and supporting the quality assurance process. Candidates should have Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent, along with experience in a food manufacturing environment. This position offers a temp-to-perm contract with rotating shifts and strong opportunities for progression and training.

We're recruiting a proactive and detail-driven Goods In Technician to join a busy food manufacturing site in Burton-on-Trent. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability, structured training, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across the site.
Rotating weekly shifts:
One week on each shift. Flexibility required.
Starting rates (pre-training):
Post-training increased rates:
To ensure full compliance with HACCP, Quality Management Systems, GMP, food safety, hygiene standards, and traceability within the Goods In and Warehouse areas.
Daily quality assurance and food safety tasks across a complex site with five food processing areas.
Project work as delegated by the QA Supervisor or senior technical management.
