Interaction Recruitment is recruiting reliable Goods-In Operatives for J&J Global Fulfilment Centre in Northampton. The role involves supporting Goods-In with safe, accurate stock processing in a modern fulfilment centre.

Applicants should have warehouse experience, be physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Includes training, with potential for permanent opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Goods-In or warehouse experience is required.
• Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy fulfilment environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting items up to 20kg.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming goods accurately and safely.
• Check deliveries against paperwork and system information.
• Process stock using warehouse systems with care.
• Move goods around the warehouse safely.
• Keep Goods-In area organised, safe and tidy.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
