Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is seeking an Experienced Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse in Lichfield. You will be responsible for checking deliveries, booking stock in, and updating systems in a fast-paced goods-in area.

Ideal candidates will have goods-in or warehouse experience, proficiency with paperwork and handheld scanners, and a reliable, independent work ethic. This role is on-site in Lichfield with fixed shifts.

Job description

Job Title: Experienced Goods In Operative

Location: Lichfield, WS14

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Lichfield (WS14). This is a hands on role for someone who's confident with checking deliveries accurately, working to paperwork, and keeping standards high across the goods-in area.

Shift options (fixed - non-rotating)

• 08:00 - 16:00
• 10:00 - 18:00

Please note: shift times may change slightly to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately checking deliveries against paperwork (attention to detail is essential)
• Booking stock in and updating systems
• Operating handheld scanners and working on a computer
• Maintaining a tidy, organised goods-in and warehouse area
• Supporting general warehouse tasks as required
