Get Golfing CIO, a charity with a mission to make golf more accessible for all, is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team at Eastbourne Downs Golf Club as a Golf Sales Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a thriving and dynamic organisation which manages and operates 13sites with 7,000 members and over 160,000 visitors each year.
The successful candidate will be part of a £20m revenue company of over 400 people which reinvests profits from its operations into its venues, courses, the development of its people, and importantly, community oriented charitable initiatives local to its sites.

Role Purpose
As a Golf Sales Assistant, your main goal is to help drive revenue and grow our golfing community by supporting all aspects of golf-related sales and guest experiences. You’ll assist with membership and golf day bookings, build strong relationships with our customers, and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service. Working closely with the General Manager and wider operations team, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless golf events, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and helping to grow the club’s profile.
