This position will involve day and evening shifts throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer connections, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a motivated workplace.
• Support store management in identifying growth opportunities and improvements.
