Job summary

The Club Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Golf Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the golf shop, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining inventory and shop appearance.

The ideal candidate will combine excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for golf to maximise sales and enhance the member and guest shopping experience across our clubs.

The Role:

The Golf Retail Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining the shop’s inventory and appearance.

This role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational capabilities, and a passion for golf.

The ideal candidate will support the Golf Operations Manager in maximising sales, people management, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our members and guests

Schedule:

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
