Job summary

The Club Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Golf Retail Supervisor to oversee the golf shop and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will manage stock, presentation and daily operations to uphold high standards across the shop.

You will support the Golf Operations Manager in maximizing sales, leading staff, and improving the shopping experience in a seven-day operation with varying shift patterns.

The Role

The Golf Retail Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining the shop’s inventory and appearance.

This role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational capabilities, and a passion for golf.

The ideal candidate will support the Golf Operations Manager in maximising sales, people management, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our members and guests

Schedule

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300


• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
