Job summary

Foxhills Collection is seeking a part-time Golf Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our renowned golf facilities at Foxhills Club & Resort. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, reservations, and shop operations while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a passion for golf, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in golf or hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including the golf range, rental items and changing rooms.
• Greet and welcome members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop, locker rooms, and other public areas
• Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings
• Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in enforcing golf course rules and etiquette
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shop

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including the golf range, rental items and changing rooms.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
