Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed dining team. The role focuses on supervising restaurant and bar operations, guiding staff, and ensuring exceptional service across the Manor Lounge and Lomri Restaurant.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain high standards, manage guest feedback, and support revenue goals while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including staff management and financial performance.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and manage budgets and expenses.
• Help develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance

Requirements

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
