Turfgrass Agronomy & Services is seeking a Level 2 Golf Greenkeeper Apprentice to learn hands-on turf maintenance on a private 9-hole golf course in Potters Bar. You will work with experienced greenkeepers and a Course Manager to develop practical skills in mowing greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and course presentation.

Turfgrass Agronomy & Services is owned by two agronomist that work in various golf course around the world. They come to the site once per month to supervise the maintenance.

During the apprenticeship scheme, the apprentice will work with a qualified member of staff and be provided the support and guidance required to progress within the company on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Week: Monday - Friday with 4 hours weekend work on a rota basis.Start and end time of working day: 6.00am - 3.00pm in summer, 7.00am - 2.30pm in winter. Total number of paid hours a week: 45 hours per week in summer, 35 hour per week in winter.
