Are you a commercially driven marketing leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and strategic planning? We're looking for a Go To Market Manager to take a central role in our Acquisition Team — steering Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, campaign planning and promotional delivery across our consumer channels.

About The Role

As Go To Market Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in translating data and insight into effective, customer-first commercial activity. Working cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, sales, and finance teams, you will lead GTM planning and manage quarterly promotional campaigns that deliver tangible results.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional commercial outcomes - co-owning the cross-category Acq. ££M revenue target, optimising promotional activity, and maximising the return on a significant ATL & BTL budget. You’ll ensure every initiative meets customer needs, adheres to regulations, and enhances our market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Delivery - Co deliver ££M gross revenue budget across consumer acquisition, driving commercial value and efficiencies through planning.

Go-To-Market Leadership - Lead the charge in creating go-to-market strategies that deliver excellent propositions to ensure they stand out in a rapidly growing marketplace.

Promotional & Campaign Execution - Manage through the quarterly end-to-end delivery of promotions - ideate, cost in, create and deliver existing and new promotions across all categories

Project & Stakeholder Management - Lead cross-channel GTM projects aimed at reducing inefficiencies and improving alignment. - - Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and over-deliver

Manage Go To Market Product roll out - Manage the launches and listing of products across all indirect channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in a commercial or marketing role with P&L accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against revenue and profit targets.
  • High degree of organisation, initiative and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insight into compelling commercial propositions.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong project management and campaign planning capabilities.
