They are looking to hire software engineers with experience in backend or full stack development, coupled with demonstrable experience of AI-native workflow (you use agents actively, can explain where they save you time, and how you verify their output rather than trust it on sight)

Experience of interest:

• AI-native development
• Experience in building backend services, developer tools, or infrastructure products, using Python, or Go
• Javascript, Typescript experience
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, and cloud experience (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Open-source contributions or relevant (and demonstrable) personal projects
