Job summary

Haulfryn - South at Finlake Holiday Park in the UK is seeking a Go Active Activity Instructor to join our Leisure team on a seasonal, fixed-term contract. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays with variable hours, with increased shifts in peak months, delivering outdoor and indoor activities to guests of all ages.

You will lead fun, safe activities such as archery and woodland adventures, provide excellent customer service, set up and maintain equipment, and support the activity timetable with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities.
• Strong communication skills with people of all ages.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• NPLQ certificate is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe, structured activities such as archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported and safe.
• Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment while following all health and safety procedures.
• Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable.
• Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team.

Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Hours: Variable hour to cover off-peak weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, with
increased hours during our peak months
