Job summary

Haulfryn invites you to join Finlake Holiday Park as Leisure Receptionist. This part-time, seasonal role (16-24 hours per week) supports front desk operations, greets guests and handles bookings at Finlake Holiday Park.

You will deliver a polished, 5-star guest experience in a vibrant leisure setting. We seek individuals with excellent communication, strong customer service focus, and the ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

• Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service.
• Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits.
• Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team.
