Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. at Finlake Holiday Park is seeking a Go Active Activity Instructor to run engaging outdoor and indoor activities for guests.

You will lead sessions like archery, paintball, woodland adventures and water-based activities, ensure safety and high levels of service, and support the leisure team during the Easter Half Term season. This seasonal, fixed-term role offers a real Living Wage and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in activity settings.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about helping others create memories.
• NPLQ certificate is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe, and structured activities such as archery, paintball, water activities and woodland adventures.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported and safe.
• Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment in line with health and safety procedures.
• Promote participation and encourage guests to engage with the full activity timetable.
• Support the smooth delivery of the activities programme, collaborating with the leisure team.
