Job summary

Poundland & Dealz is recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead a GNFR procurement function from their Customer Service Centre with home-working flexibility one day per week. The role requires regular travel to Distribution Centres, stores and suppliers, driving procurement strategies and supplier performance across a large multi-site organisation.

The successful candidate will develop procurement processes, negotiate commercial terms, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to optimise value

Qualifications

• GNFR and indirect spend experience
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership of procurement processes and strategy development

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a procurement function to manage GNFR expenditure across the organisation.
• Develop procurement strategies and review procurement processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial negotiations, contract renewals and supplier performance management.
• Travel regularly to Distribution Centres, Stores and supplier sites.
