Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to own and optimise the vaccine manufacturing value stream. You will ensure GMP compliance, deliver safe operations, and collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Engineering to meet strategic objectives.

You will lead production teams, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and sponsor key projects such as process improvements and technology transfers.

Qualifications

• Proven GMP manufacturing leadership in pharma, biologics or vaccines.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Regulatory.
• Degree in science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vaccine manufacturing value stream in GMP-compliant operations.
• Drive production plan delivery to optimise performance, quality, cost and service.
• Provide leadership to production teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own value stream financial performance, budgets, productivity and cost initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory, quality and health & safety compliance with inspection readiness.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Regulatory teams.
• Support strategic planning, capital investments and site development.
• Sponsor and lead projects including process improvements and tech transfers.
• Drive safety and environmental standards across manufacturing.
