Bespak Limited is seeking a Training Management Systems Lead to shape GMP training and competency management, driving the move from manual processes to a modern automated Training Management System that supports compliance and efficiency.

You will develop a robust GMP Training Curriculum Framework, complete Training Needs Analyses, and define role-based training pathways. You’ll support the AlignQ programme ensuring the right training at the right time for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic training systems.
• Ability to use training data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Comfort with GMP training and compliance.
