Global QMS Training Manager - Remote

Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced QMS Training Manager to drive global training programs and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. You will lead content development, administer the LMS, and partner with QARA and governance teams to standardize QMS training.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, QMS Operations and is fully remote, supporting Cytiva’s global workforce in life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a regulated life sciences field or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in QMS training within pharma/medical device settings.
• Experience administering electronic LMS and developing training content.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global QMS training initiatives and maintain training procedures.
• Ensure employees worldwide have required knowledge and skills for compliance and performance.
• Develop and revise training content with SMEs for standard QMS training.
• Own LMS content related to QMS and act as system administrator.
• Collaborate with QARA, Product Governance and Compliance teams.
