• Lead the transformation to an electronic Training Management System (TMS) for GMP training.
• Develop a robust GMP Training Curriculum Framework and role-based training pathways.
• Complete Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and map training to roles.
• Support AlignQ programme implementation, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Use training data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
