Job summary

Bespak Limited is seeking a Training Management Systems Lead to shape GMP training and competency management, driving the move from manual processes to a modern automated Training Management System that supports compliance and efficiency.

You will develop a robust GMP Training Curriculum Framework, complete Training Needs Analyses, and define role-based training pathways. You’ll support the AlignQ programme ensuring the right training at the right time for audit readiness.

About The Role

Training Management Systems Lead

We're looking for a Training Management Systems Lead to help shape the future of GMP training and competency management at Bespak. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our training processes, moving from a manual approach to a modern, automated Training Management System that supports compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You'll play a key role in developing a robust, role-based GMP Training Curriculum Framework, completing Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and defining role-specific training pathways. Working as part of the AlignQ programme, you'll support the implementation of our new electronic Training Management System, ensuring colleagues have the right training at the right time while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
