Job summary

VRS UK is seeking a GMP QA professional to manage and uphold the QMS as it aims for GMP accreditation. You will audit readiness across departments, conduct self-inspections, and train teams in best practices to support a fast-growing rural Wiltshire operation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the QMS, handling deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, and contributing to health and safety compliance. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' QA experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Confident and assertive, with strong communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the site's QMS, ensuring compliance across all departments.
• Oversee quality events including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Support Health & Safety compliance activities.
• Review QC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
