Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a GMP Production Cleaning Operative for Catalent Pharma Solutions in Swindon. You’ll work a 42-hour week with a 4-on/3-off pattern, 07:00–19:00, within a regulated pharmaceutical production environment.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas, following GMP, SOPs, and COSHH requirements, and support a safe, compliant manufacturing site. Previous pharma/cleanroom experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in production hygiene or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and instructions.
• Understanding of COSHH and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning within production and controlled areas.
• Follow SOPs, task schedules and GMP requirements.
• Use approved cleaning equipment and products for each area.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and report issues promptly.
