The person we are seeking

Must have GCSE level C or equivalent in Maths, English, Science, and NVQ Level III in Process Plant Operation. Essential qualities include technical expertise in plant operations, leadership in GMP environments, experience in process plant environments, and safety and troubleshooting skills. Additional qualifications like supervisory or management training are advantageous. Active membership in a professional body is preferred.
