Smurfit Westrock in Belfast (Mallusk) is seeking a Production Operative / Gluing Assistant to support the finishing line in pharmaceutical packaging. You will follow standard procedures to feed, glue, inspect and pack cartons to meet customer and quality standards, while assisting the Machine Operator and team.
No experience is required as full training is provided; manufacturing/print experience is desirable and you should take ownership of output and quality.

You will support the final finishing stage of our production process, working as part of a crew on the Finishing production line. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure cartons are fed, glued, inspected, and packed to the required customer and quality standards, while supporting the Machine Operator and wider team.
Competitive salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
