Job summary

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is recruiting a Visitor Services Assistant for RHS Garden Harlow Carr. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and actively promoting RHS membership to visitors.

You'll work as part of a friendly team, handling till/computer duties and contributing to a welcoming, informative visitor experience during the seasonal GLOW event and beyond.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and promoting the benefits of RHS membership on a face-to-face basis.
• Horticultural knowledge is not essential for this role but an ability to work well as a Visitor Services Assistant within a team is vital.

Job description

RHS Garden Harlow Carr is one of Yorkshire's most inspiring gardens and a leading visitor attraction in the region. We are looking to recruit a Visitor Services Assistant to join a highly motivated team for a period leading up to and including our seasonal GLOW event where excellent customer service is key.

Horticultural knowledge is not essential for this role but an ability to work well as a Visitor Services Assistant within a team is vital.
