Job summary

Willis Towers Watson invites aspiring graduates to join its 12-month FAST START programme, delivering real client impact from day one. You’ll learn consulting, data analytics, and storytelling with GenAI, while supporting complex projects across multiple sectors.

Working in a hybrid setting, you’ll develop technical and advisory skills, build client relationships, and contribute to pay analytics, benchmarking and total rewards insights for organisations worldwide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Join strategic projects to help clients organise, reward, and develop their people.

• Draft reports and visuals that clearly tell a data story.
• Support business development and client relationships across sectors.
• Engage with evolving pay, compensation, and total rewards topics.
• Contribute to design of job levels and career frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance productivity with AI guidance.
