Willis Towers Watson is launching a graduate programme in Rewards Data & Intelligence in Greater London. You’ll contribute to complex data analytics projects, learn from seasoned consultants, and gain hands-on client exposure across multiple sectors.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, GenAI-enabled productivity, and collaboration with our Data & Analytics team to deliver market pay benchmarking and compensation insights. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Responsibilities:

Our graduate programme will see you making an immediate contribution to a range of complex data analytics and insight projects. Working with market-leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants, you’ll:

• Develop your consulting, practical and technical skills on our 12-month FAST START training programme
• Gain exposure to real client assignments, with opportunities to begin building relationships with high-profile clients across a range of sectors
• Use yourcreativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insights
• Work with companies to understand and qualify the impact of their compensation strategy using data analytics and dashboards
• Listen to client challenges and help to identify business development opportunities, research prospects and develop proposals using AI-driven insights
• Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and data insights
• Support our digital transition to automated job matching to streamline clients’ survey data submission process
• Work alongside our industry experts to develop your own industry expertise
• Support the publication of our market surveys and help our clients get the most out of the results, providing survey and compensation consulting support throughout the full survey cycle
• Broaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industry
