Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer & Marketing Consultant for a 2–3 month contract in London. The role focuses on workshop design, content development, and coordinating with global and country teams to engage customers across three therapy areas (Respiratory, Dermatology and Rhino-Gastro).

You will create themed workshop content, develop session flows, and produce materials for facilitation and communications, collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in customer, marketing, communications or engagement-focused consulting.
• Strong workshop design and content development experience.
• Creative, organised and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content.
• Develop the workshop theme, structure, session flow and gamified activities across three therapy areas.
• Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications, including guides, country comms, video and newsletter content.
