Job summary

Hamilton Robson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team in London, with opportunities for travel within the UK, Ireland, EMEA and USA. This role supports workplace technology, AV integration, fit-out and related project environments.

You will lead projects end-to-end, coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets, programmes and risks to ensure successful outcomes across global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction, fit-out, M&E or related environments.
• PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets, forecasts, resources and commercial performance.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers for mobilisation and delivery.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships for successful outcomes.
• Manage project scope, changes and variations to meet objectives and commercial targets.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement through reviews and lessons learned.
