Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior policy and workplace operations leader to drive policy research, development and strategic planning across regional teams in London. You will partner with R&D stakeholders in China and align initiatives with global practices.

The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and change management to deliver measurable outcomes for workplace programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin; collaborate with China-based R&D.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Policy research, analysis and evaluation of policies, regulations, and legislation.
• Develop data-driven policies and guidelines addressing workplace programme challenges.
• Support regional strategic planning and measurable initiatives.
• Engage cross-functionally with business teams to co-create solutions.
• Utilize data insights to measure programme success and impact.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
• Plan, execute and govern programmes end-to-end.
• Establish performance metrics and management reporting.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives with teams.
