Job summary

TikTok is seeking a privacy/compliance professional within its Global Employment Law team to provide strategic guidance on employee data privacy across multiple regions. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to handle data subject rights, investigations, and policy implementation.

Qualified candidates will bring strong knowledge of UK/EU data protection, excellent organization, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Significant privacy and/or compliance experience in operations or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU data protection frameworks and employee privacy.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to critically analyse data and present reports to senior leadership.
• Operate with integrity and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to data subject request cases related to employee privacy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex privacy requests.
• Navigate operational requirements to deliver consistent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve privacy processes and policies at scale.
• Drive cross-functional projects balancing stakeholder priorities and deadlines.
• Develop training and guidance on employee data rights and evolving legal developments.
