Job summary

Wade Macdonald in London is seeking a Workday Specialist to own the platform across an international HR function. You will manage the system, deliver reporting and analytics, ensure data governance and GDPR compliance, and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to leavers.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT/Global HRIS, driving enhancements, training and ongoing platform development across multiple countries. Hybrid work with some travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and 4+ years Workday experience across multiple countries.
• Strong HR processes, reporting, analytics, data governance and GDPR.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience delivering HR systems projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Workday certification and multinational experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of Workday across international entities.
• Configure system requirements and collaborate with the Global HRIS team on changes.
• Coordinate enhancements, releases, testing and improvements to the Workday environment.
• Support HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, promotions, time tracking, payroll and leavers.
• Create dashboards, management information and workforce analytics for headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance and talent.
• Lead UAT and business testing while supporting communications and user adoption.
