Amazon Uk Services Ltd. seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead the Controllership team within Global Withholding Tax.

You will bridge tax expertise, process innovation and technology to solve complex, scalable withholding tax challenges worldwide. You will set strategy to identify, assess, and strengthen withholding tax controls, re-engineer processes, and lead the global FAS-5 (ASC 450) process for external-party payments, partnering with Accounting to document accruals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tax compliance principles across jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze statutes, regulations and case law and extract data.
• Experience in corporate taxation in multinational environments.
• Experience in tax roles within multinational or professional organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a worldwide withholding tax controllership team.
• Design and execute control and assurance testing frameworks for tax streams.
• Lead the global FAS-5 (ASC 450) process for external-party payments with Accounting.
• Interpret testing outcomes and drive remediation actions to closure.
• Develop executive dashboards on control health and status.
• Drive scalable, tech-enabled controllership including automation and AI workflows.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update control frameworks.
