Job summary

CoreWeave UK Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax Operations to lead international tax compliance and provision across EMEA and APAC. You will report to the Director of Tax Operations and partner with Controllership, Treasury, and external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and strong internal controls.

You will guide non-US direct tax filings, advise on DAC6 and anti-hybrid rules, develop regional tax processes, and help build out APAC provision by 2027, while

Qualifications

• ACA/CA/CTA/ACCA or comparable corporate tax certification is required.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting and multinational companies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-US direct tax filings including Pillar 2.
• Advise on local income tax compliance and reporting obligations including DAC 6 and anti-hybrid rules.
• Coordinate with Controllership for statutory tax provisions and reporting.
