Abcam, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Website Experience Lead to define and drive the global website strategy from its Cambridge, UK hub. You will bridge customer needs with commercial priorities, leading UX, content and journey optimization across regions.

You’ll own the experimentation and personalization roadmap, report progress to senior leadership, and ensure governance of site architecture, privacy and accessibility while embracing Danaher’s continuous improvement culture.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading digital experience, eCommerce or website optimization.
• Hands-on across roadmaps, optimisation, experimentation, analytics and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Define and deliver Abcam's global website experience strategy and roadmap.
• Lead continuous improvement of end-to-end website experience across regions.
• Own experimentation and personalization roadmap with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Lead prioritisation, performance reporting and value delivery to senior leadership.
• Provide global experience governance, site architecture and accessibility compliance.
