Abcam, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead global campaigns from Cambridge, UK. The role is on-site and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within the global marketing team.

You will drive end-to-end campaign execution, translate insights into messaging, and optimise performance across channels. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields and strong cross-functional skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business (or related fields).
• Experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Knowledge in analytics (GA).

Responsabilités

• Campaign strategy and management – lead end-to-end global campaigns and ensure delivery on time and on budget.
• Define target audiences, journeys, value propositions and messaging for campaigns.
• Define KPI and measurement plans; monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs and manage content development with internal teams or agencies.
• Collaborate with global marketing, commercial, channel and regional teams to activate campaigns.
