• Participate in all stages of delivery—from requirements gathering to post-release customer support.
• Build new functionality while adhering to existing coding patterns.
• Own and collaborate on technical design.
• Break large projects into tasks, delegate them and coordinate delivery.
• Coach others to minimise review iterations for deliveries.
• Develop yourself toward becoming a senior full-stack developer.
