Job summary

You will manage ongoing operations, bug fixes, and commercial or legal updates, while driving SEO improvements and coordinating a retained team to prioritise work. Global authoring responsibilities empower regions to act in their markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital website operations across markets and languages.
• Proactive self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of global multi-market website optimisation, authoring and development.
• Proficiency in project management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Digital experience is at the heart of how our brand is presented and how prospects and customers interact with the brand.
• Operational responsibility for web uptime, bug fixes, and commercial or legal updates.
• The brand website needs to be continuously improved for SEO, especially ensuring it is a relevant reference point for large-language models.
• Manage a retained team at Dept. (c. €1.2 m) to ensure rigorous prioritisation and clear briefing.
• Provide global authoring, empowering regions to take responsibility for authoring in their markets.
