Zusammenfassung

UBS Jersey is seeking a professional to join the Global FIM Segment, working with a client advisor to manage a demanding client portfolio and provide administrative support across front-office activities. You will interact with clients by phone and in person, handling account openings, deposits, FX, payments, and closures while coordinating product maturities and data updates.

The role offers exposure to a broad product range within Global Wealth Management, with a collaborative team in Jersey

Qualifikationen

• IOC level 3 or higher is required (can be completed after joining).
• Several years of front office experience and knowledge of banking products.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with UBS applications is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with a client advisor to manage a demanding client portfolio.
• Support client advisors in daily business, including administrative and service tasks.
• Handle client instructions and inquiries by phone and in person (e.g., account openings, deposits, FX, payments, closures).
• Coordinate product maturities and pending tasks; update client data; perform clarification and control tasks.
